The Arctic zone of the Russian Federation plays an important role in the current conditions of development of the Russian economy, however, the state cannot single- handedly sponsor projects and programs for the development of this region and is forced to attract investment from private companies on the basis of public-private partnership. This article presents an analysis of the development of public- private partnership in the framework of the development Strategy of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.

The article is devoted to the formation of ecological culture through the integration of ecological and cultural knowledge with an emphasis on studying the culture of indigenous people in the Northern and Arctic regions.

This article provides a historical overview of the scientific study of hunting and the conservation of hunting resources.

In the process of digitalization of our society, there is a need to develop and use new tools, which regulate communication of the state and civil society. Thus, in the transition from traditional to digital public administration in the long term — creation of a unified state Web-system with the implementation of digital platforms, which allow modern information between civil society and state with the possibility of the involving of citizens at all stages (development of solutions, their implementation and monitoring of the implementation process). The format of communication between representatives of government bodies, the expert community and the general public, through the creation of the Arctic 2035 Internet platform as part of the preparation of a state-level program document, revealed a significant potential for meaningful interaction.
